Training and Placement Cell

We at Shri Tuljabhavani College of Engineering, Tuljapur feel extremely proud to provide ample opportunities for campus placements and manage centralized Placement activities for ALL courses. Students are prepared for campus recruitment by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through our faculties and professional trainers. The institute has also entered into tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporates of repute for Campus recruitment. Arrangement for off campus placement and recruitment process is also made by TPO cell. In addition to this, career guidance and soft skill trainings are also arranged for overall development of the students. Cell also arranges for in-plant training in the various industries at and nearby Tuljapur (Osmanabad ,Solapur, Latur and Pandharpur etc ). It provides an opportunity to explore various avenues of collaboration to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship between the Institute and Industry.

Objective

Training and Placement cell is to guide students to choose right career and to give knowledge skill and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.
To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.
To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and STBCET alumni
To promote career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personal and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences and corporate meets, etc.
To develop the best learning process using a comprehensive understanding of industry’s best practices.
Providing assistance to the students for completing summer training projects.
Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
To provide 100% placements to our graduates.
